T-Mobile will allow customers to upgrade phones twice a year with their new JUMP Program

T-Mobile has done it again, on top of their no contract pricing structure they are also giving us gadget geeks the option to enroll in their new JUMP program that will allow customers to upgrade up to twice a year. This program will only cost people $10/month and it further sets T-Mobile apart from other companies such as Verizon and AT&T (who are seen as greedy companies that screw over their subscribers).

The only catches that have been released at this time are as follows:

  1. You do not get to keep your old phone
  2. You must be enrolled in the program for at least 6  months before your first trade-up.
  3. The phone you’re trading in must be in good condition.
  4. You can only do the trade up twice a year.

Now if only T-Mobile’s coverage would equal how amazing their “contact-less” options are, this might actually entice a lot of people to switch!

What do you guys think? Does T-Mobile’s plan benefits outweigh the negatives of shady service reliability?
